Onboarding for CRM & Whatsapp API

Here's all you need to know to get started!

⚠️Important:

  1. It may take up to 5-7 days for your CRM to be fully set up as many customers want multiple changes. If you want to do this fast, please come prepared & we'll try to do it ASAP!

  2. Some setups have mandatory requirements, please review these below

  3. We're here to help, you can book a slot with our operations team for setup but please bring all mandatory info & read the below before scheduling the meeting.

  4. To book a setup meeting, you will receive a link in Whatsapp after you purchase a plan

  5. Custom integration (External WhatsApp API, Shopify, Google Sheets, etc) is a chargeable Addon you can contact our premium chat support for details.

Which product would you like to setup?

On-call Leads :

  1. All new callers are created as contacts automatically. You can manually create a task, follow up, assign to an agent, mark lead stages, tags or others.

  2. Note that these contacts don't count in your Lead storage limit until you create a Task, To do or Follow up

💬 Whatsapp Business API

  1. Want new message senders to be created as a 'Fresh Lead' & a task to be created automatically? Note: A task will be auto-created only once per sender to prevent duplication

  2. Contact us to enable this for your account.

  3. 🔗 Add WhatsApp icon to Facebook / Google Ads & enjoy auto-lead creation when someone contacts you!

📱 Whatsapp apps - WA Business, Whatsapp

  1. 🛠️ Self-serve setup in the app:

  2. Contacts > Plus Icon (bottom right) > WhatsApp Icon > Enable lead capture

  3. 👁️ WA business account not visible in Superfone app

  4. ⚠️ Note: Not recommended due to reliability issues. As WhatsApp isn't our product, may not always create new tasks for incoming messages. Highly recommend that you take Whatsapp Business API for this

Facebook Ads

# Facebook Ad Types that are supported :

1. Lead Form Ads :

Mandatory Requirements:

i. Lead form ads must be active

ii. Your Meta account must have full access to the Facebook page & Ad account

iii. Have a Meta business account with a Facebook page attached and lead access

 

2. On-call Leads from Facebook Ads

3. WhatsApp Ads on Google Ads :

i. Using Superfone WhatsApp API number (more reliable)

ii. Using WhatsApp business number (less reliable)

IndiaMART :

There are two ways to do this :

  1. Email: More reliable & fast (RECOMMENDED)
    Mandatory Requirements:

    1. Gmail email should be logged in where you are getting Indiamart leads.

    2. should have received a few leads on Gmail 
       

  2. IndiaMART API Key: Not reliable, slow, delayed by 2 hours, sometimes misses leads

Whatsapp Business API

Superfone is a Meta Tech Service Provider  & we provide WhatsApp Business API powered by Meta Cloud API
 

Meta Requirements:  

  1. Facebook Login (Facebook Page): The page should be 3-4 months old and actively used. Meta does not accept new pages (it might show an error like "your business is prohibited from app sharing and advertisement").  

  2. VISA/Mastercard: Meta charges for marketing, utility & authentication messages. Billing is post-paid monthly or according to Meta’s billing cycle & will be charged by Meta directly. Superfone does not get access to your card details https://www.facebook.com/business/help/3536169639844756

  3. Website Link: It should be secure (HTTPS) and active.  

  4. GST Number: It should be active.  

  5. Privacy Policy on your website to be available.  We can help you create it but you have to put it on your website

  6. Domain email id (same domain as your website, @gmail.com will not work)

If you don't have any of these documents, we cannot help you as these are mandatory requirements from Meta.

Setup Requirements for us to help you:

  • Calling webhooks after a particular chatbot response

  • Can not join the `WhatsApp group (Not supported by Meta)

  • WhatsApp call (Not supported by Meta)

  • Status (Not supported by Meta)
