Fair usage of our services enables us to continue doing so. In order to prevent misuse of our services and usage for unlawful activities, we follow our Fair Usage Policy very strictly.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the Fair Usage Policy detailed below:
✅ Permitted Use: Superfone services are for genuine business usage only and are to be used for responsible business communication with your customers and clients, as per applicable government regulations.
🔴 Prohibited activities and usage: To avoid misuse, the following activities / types of usage are not permitted:
❌ Unsolicited commercial communication (UCC) as per DOT & TRAI rules
❌ Promotional tele-marketing activities
❌ Calling DND subscribers without consent
❌ Spam calling and messaging
❌ Religious & political activities and campaigns
❌ Bulk/Robo/automated calling
❌ Outsourced Call Center operations
❌ Public phone booth / PCO
❌ Fraudulent / unlawful activities
❌ Gross misuse and abuse of our services
🚫 You understand that in case your usage violates this policy, Superfone will immediately block all your services without any refund. In case of illegal / unlawful activities, Superfone reserves the right to provide relevant information to appropriate authorities.
ℹ️ Anti-Spam and Misuse declaration is a mandatory step for activation of Superfone account.
How do we detect misuse / violation of Fair Usage Policy?
We deploy very advanced Ai based usage patten recognition that flags any usage that is not as per our Fair Usage Policy. Upon detecting this, our system immediately temporarily blocks all services of the concerned account. After further validation of misuse, the account would be blocked permanently. We do not offer any refund in such cases under any circumstances.
