At this time, Superfone only supports one backup number per business number.

Will call recordings be available for calls answered on my Backup Number?

No, unfortunately, call recordings are not available for calls answered on your Backup Number. However, all missed or answered calls on your Backup Number will show in your Superfone call history.

Can I choose which team member's Backup Number to use?

No, the Backup Number is a single number that you can set in the app's settings. It will be used for all incoming calls when no team members are available.

What happens if my Backup Number is unreachable or busy?

If your Backup Number is unreachable or busy, the call will not be forwarded and will show as missed call on Superfone call history.

How do I know if a call was forwarded to my Backup Number?

All missed or answered calls on your Backup Number will show in your Superfone call history, so you can easily track which calls were forwarded.
