*Topped up minutes do not expire as long as the AI agent plan is active. If the plan is stopped, all remaining topped up minutes expire. 

Whatsapp messages related:
  • Outgoing WhatsApp messages including Google review requests can be sent only via Whatsapp business API

  • WhatsApp API template charges are applicable as per Meta guidelines.

  • For Google review requests, Meta template charges are applicable.

  • Webhook for integration with external platforms to sync booking requests is chargeable at Rs. 1000 per month. Integration needs to be done at your end.

Set-up charges
  • Rs. 1500 one time setup charges for AI agent configuration and training

  • This covers all setup related activities during the first 15 days / till AI agent activation whichever is earlier

  • Any future changes will be charged at Rs. 500 per change request towards re-training, setup and configuration
